Drag Education & Student Performers

Fall 2026 Drag Education Series

Annually, the Gender + Sexuality Resource Center provides opportunities for undergraduate & graduate students to learn & engage with the art of drag. The Fall 2026 Drag Education Series is hosted by local drag performers & artists from the greater New Jersey area! The GSRC will be hosting two sessions on Sunday, October 4, 2026, learn more below:

  • Choreography & Body Movement, 10/4, 11:30 AM

    • This intensive workshop, taught by NJ performer and entertainer Kameron LaReese, will highlight the moves and poise needed to work the catwalk of a drag show. We will be practicing the moves we learn, so dress comfortably!

  • Make Your Face: Drag Makeup and Cosmetics, 10/4, 2:30 PM

    • Led by local drag queen E. Licks Her, this session will teach students the foundational elements of drag makeup and cosmetics. Attendees will also learn tips and tricks to curate their own drag look. Cosmetic supplies are limited and first come, first serve. We encourage attendees to bring their own makeup to experiment with!
